A specialist in helping organisations to target and win procured work for many years now, George tuned into the Broader Outcomes as they emerged in 2018, inspired by the opportunity to help companies to do good while doing better.

As founder of The Clarity Business, which delivers effective communications strategies, George is a passionate advocate of the need for organisations’ actions to align with - and deliver on -  the words they say.

He is driven to find new ways to help companies to:

  • Align with and succeed under the Broader Outcomes

  • Create plans that deliver on their values and leave a strong legacy of good 

  • Engage and involve the communities and environments in which they work

  • Achieve more – and better.




Scott is a business development and pursuits strategist who has spent many years working with all types of leading organisations on their client development and tender-based opportunities. He has a particular interest in how private sector organisations are responding to the government's outcome-based, wellbeing framework and what challenges they need to overcome to get ahead.

Before co-founding The Bridge, Scott was the Business Development & Marketing Director for MinterEllisonRuddWatts, one of New Zealand's leading commercial law firms. Prior to that, Scott was the Australasian Head of Business Development for EY. 

In addition to his interest in sustainability and customer centricity, Scott delivers the following benefits for our clients:

  • Distilling clear and effective market strategies and value propositions that will give you an edge with outcomes-driven clients

  • Strategic pursuits support on large government tenders (whether for central or local government agencies)

  • How to put in place more effective client relationship management strategies that are fit for the current climate
